Mark Elenowitz

Founder and Managing Director

Mark Elenowitz is a co-founder and managing director of TriPoint.  Mark Elenowitz is responsible for the overall corporate development of the firm and advising clients on structuring, financings and acquisitions. He has extensive experience in advising clients on SOX 404 compliance, employee option programs, and capital markets navigation including acting as a member of the board of directors. For over 30 years he has worked with numerous public and private companies.

Mark Elenowitz integrates a strong, successful entrepreneurial background with extensive financial services and capital markets experience. He has assisted numerous companies in a "soup-to-nuts" process, preparing them for life as a public company and advising them on an ongoing basis as to further rounds of financing, strategic acquisitions and a broader investor base via a listing on a higher securities exchange or market. He is an expert in capital markets investigative analysis of trading activity, short selling and market activity providing investigative services for Board of Directors, Special Committees and public companies. Mark Elenowitz served as an expert witness in FINRA arbitrations and court actions.  Mark Elenowitz has ongoing relationships with other investment banking firms, market makers, and analysts.

Mark Elenowitz has worked with numerous publicly traded companies providing the above mentioned financial consulting and strategic planning services. He holds the Series 24, 62, 63, 79, 82 and 99 licenses. Mark Elenowitz is the recipient of several entrepreneurial awards and has been profiled in BusinessWeek, Inc Magazine, CNBC and Bloomberg as well as several other publications. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Business and Management, with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.

 

Louis E. Taubman, Esq.

FOUNDER AND MEMBER

Mr. Taubman is a co-founder and member in TriPoint. Mr. Taubman manages all legal aspects of the Company including strategic planning for the firm.

Prior to joining TriPoint, Mr. Taubman was a partner in the boutique securities law firm of Kogan Taubman & Neville, LLC. Prior to that Mr. Taubman served as an attorney in the legal department of Prudential Securities, Inc.

Mr. Taubman is a member of Hunter Taubman Fischer & Li, LLC, a business law firm whose practice areas include securities transactions, securities litigation and defense, real estate transactions, intellectual property, tax litigation and general corporate law.

Mr. Taubman provides counsel to both issuers and underwriters with regard to public and private finance, securities registration under the Securities Act 1933, periodic reporting under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, Williams Act reporting, M&A transactions and corporate governance issues.

Mr. Taubman graduated cum laude from New York Law School and is a member of the New York Bar.

 

Michael Boswell

FOUNDER AND MEMBER

Mr. Boswell is a co-founder and member in TriPoint. Mr. Boswell provides high-level financial services to start-up businesses and small to mid-sized companies, including holding executive and CFO positions with client companies.

With TriPoint he has assisted numerous companies by providing high level advice regarding corporate finance, corporate structure, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, SOX 404 compliance, implications of various SEC rules and FASB Emerging Issues Task Forces issues as they relate to private placements, SEC reporting and disclosure requirements, employee option programs and the overall reverse merger process.

Prior to the founding of TriPoint, Mr. Boswell had a number of executive positions focusing on business development and management consulting.

Mr. Boswell holds the Series 24, 62, 63, 79, 82 and 99 licenses.

He earned a MBA from John Hopkins University and a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Maryland.

 

Hebe (Qian) Xu

Hebe (Qian) Xu is a senior analyst with Tripoint Advisors. Hebe directly interacts with Chinese companies to assist their performance as a public company in the U.S. by advising the clients on communication with regulators, auditors, attorneys, and other market professionals. Hebe also specializes in market/industry analysis, valuation analysis, and company due diligence. Before joining TriPoint, Hebe developed significant experience in sales and trading as a trading assistant for a high net-worth individual investor.

Hebe earned a Master of Arts in Economics from New York University and a Bachelor degree of telecommunication engineering with distinction from Sun Yat-Sen University (former Zhongshan) University. She is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
